You need to look at big picture. CL sunk. Bulls are asking why ??

I don't know why but I don't even pay to fluctuations like that. They happen every week so the inventory numbers should be more important.

They should be important for oil stocks but hurricane season and election is approaching with SPR inventory being used.

Ok, I get that. True in general, but the way ATH is trading these days is when CL goes up ATH never goes up. This is a particular pattern that forces to stay ATH where it is no matter what unless there is a big volume buyer.
