My new ATH forecast

Current positivies:
1. US vaccinations going really well. Southern states show good decline in cases suggesting that early June some of the States in the South may already gain herd immunity.

2. US air travel numbers are nothing but positive meaning people are eager to start travelling as soon as are restrictions lifted.

3. Highly vaccinated UK shows huge drops in daily cases and deaths.

4. Oil inventory numbers should come back to negatives similar to pre-Texas freeze.

Negatives:

1. Gasoline in the US is getting closer to $3 meaning there will be some US governement sponcored sell-offs of oil to keep the lid on price of oil

2. Some European countries as well as Canada are well behind US and UK on vaccination, perhaps 3-4 months behind

3. Unclear if new variations of Covid may come back in Oct. 2021 and trigger a 4th wave of lockdowns.

4. US drilling rig numbers keep growing.

All in all there is still so much uncertainty but I believe ATH we will have great news about refinancing in July, hopefully with reduced interest rate, I am personally hoping 7% should be possible.

I personally expect the following:

April - ATH should reach $0.70
June - $1.00+
Post refinance news end of July - $1.40+
September - close to $2

From that point it will all depend on what is going to happen to oil. If we do see $80+ WTI end of the year we will be seeing ATH reaching much higher numbers. I do not rule out $4 early 2022. If the fourth wave comes in Nov 2021 then ATH will probably fall back below $1.

Hockey, to be realistic at the end of the year it will be trading at 1.00 and above. $4 Is too far fetched.
Comment by lovehockey on Mar 30, 2021 2:15pm
No, after refinance news it is a brand new game. The only reason ATH is trading here is because of the "uncertainty" with the debt situation. As soon as the debt situation is resolved long term ATh market cap will jump to $700m or so.

I hope you are right. Glta

Mindset he wrote .70 in April. It will hover between .70 to .80 till July August.

If any of you win, or if the price of Ath is above .80 by July, I will denote to the food bank, or mustard seed.

We'd all be better off if we could just put it away and forget about it for a year. I doubt any of us will. Reminds me of a Seinfeld episode.

Max if you are not worrying about capital gains I see no issue about waiting.  If you have multiple income streams this is no brainer to wait. I let other to worry :)

Definitely not a Jerry. I've been accused of being kooky so I'll go Kramer. How did that guy pay his rent anyway? Must have been a long term buy and hold investor.
