As long as we are speculating, I'll bet my Bitcoin it isn't the refi that's imminent. Though that would be fantastic. My Bitcoin is on a takeover/merger AND the partner has been scooping up all those debentures at a huge discount for the last year. Unlike stock, you don't need to disclose if you own 20% or 51% of a debenture issue. It's frickin brilliant. I would have done that

  Maybe the investment world is just waking up to the great value ATH offers. I would sure like to see ATH grow another 50% before any NR related to refinancing OR any potential takeover/merger offer.
