I don't get it.  Can someone please explain why the SP is stuck when oil has been on a tear!  By my calculation, the SP should be way over $2 but it doesn't seem to behave in accordance with oil.  Weird!  I think it may just be a matter of time until something clicks and then it will rocket.  JMO  GLTA
