Though it's now tsx approved, Ath has said the earliest they can commence the NCIB is April per the terms of the debt covenants. So don't be surprised if we still have to wait a couple weeks. Unless covenant was waived early.

Max, they would have reiterated April buyback in the news relase if they had to wait no? They wouldn't want the market to "watch March 16" and they haven't started buybacks... Either way though, who cares, the buybacks have begun, and we are now "we are richer than we think" now ; ) I just don't think the market gets yet how much buybacks help ATH vs others that
