Have to wonder how it will impact oil production and exports. I for one wouldn't mind seeing all Putin's oil facilities get targeted.

Serious threat for Putin. At this point if the war ended I think oil prices would benefit since Putin has been selling as much as he can in desperation to fund his army. Does look like it's ended as fast as it began. The damage to the oil facilities (if accurate) still will have an impact. No doubt Putin is feeling the squeeze.
