Has anyone seen the carnage with chevron today?

Earning season is off to a rocky start. I don't get it. But then again I'm a peon retail investor not a naked short heavy duty player.

People are 2nd guessing their take-over having the synergy they say it will if anything might be a good buy if they slip more.
