So far there is no class action lawsuit, only investigations which may or may not lead to a lawsuit. The law firms doing these investigations are only doing it for their self interest and could care less about the shareholders. If the lawsuit does go ahead, the losers will be the shareholders as they may get a few pennies per share while the stock price drops by dollar(s). The winner is always the lawfirm as they collect 30% of the total award.

Remember, any award is paid by the company so every dollar they might pay lowers the share value. Parcipitants in the class action are effectively suing themselves through their share holdings and paying the ambulance chasers at the same time.
