DPA and Elections

SNC will not get a DPA this year. Liberals messed it up and now they have to wait for the election to be over. If there is no news, the trading range between $34 and $37 will stay for a while. The only catalyst that I see to move the stock price up is sale of 407 or some other asset. Downside is preatty limited. This is a cheap stock.
