RE:Dump before shareholder meetingI agree. I was very surprised when it closed below $34 last week. I started accumulating since Monday when it broke $33.50. Bought more this morning below $32.90. It started sliding as soon as the earnings announcement came out. 
Based on strange price move on Monday, I tend to believe that this has to do with shorting. Maybe shorts are betting on more bad news next week. I am betting that earnings will not bring any more bad surprises.  Will find out soon who is right.
