Yes. This is done. It is left to die, slow painful death. It's at the mercy of short sellers. It seems that even management gave up on it. It's not even in the news anymore. Not even bad news. Analysts are silent.
Trial starts next week, so who knows what will happen. Whenever politics and poticians get involved, it never ends well.
I feel bad for the employees of the company. I can imagine how they feel, watching their company wasting away. Hopefully someone does something smart to save the compnay. Will see soon enough.
