I would like to point out that Ian is in fact a hired gun and did the job he needed to do and is compensated well for that mission. The goal was to window dress this puppy and make the takover palatable for all parties. The other engineering firms have already been in discussion with the big players on SNC side...their inflated stock prices make for an all stock or stock/cash friendly takeover...this is done. Probably WSP to keep the shop HQ in La Belle Province with CDPQ in. Charge....Quebec / Canada will continue to rule the engineering world along with their strong UK subsidiaries. Happy WE, Rookie
