RE:RE:RE:....It's more neutral than positive or negative. 

We knew that they won't receive the LSTK money this year. They will go to court...

They still have to finish the job. And a company needs cash to repay debt. Managements do a lot of mistakes, but I just don't see what they could have done differently for this. 7% 300 million unsecured debt seems reasonnable in this kind of market.
