Yes, I've owned it before on its bright prospects and analyst recs.and of course had to endure a big drop before it recovered (beta must be awful - I just looked back at the chart to try to pick where I bought it but there have been about 10 big drops!  Volatile or what?).  Infrastructure spending always being touted but is erratic in its effect with them, to say the least.  I
