RE:RE:Jeffry Bell bought 2000 shares at 26.40I would not base my decision to invest in a particular stock like SNC on the fact that insiders are buying or not shares of their own company.
It is actually very difficult for insiders to comply with rules and they simply cannot buy shares whenever they are in 'the know' of anything that could alter the share price.
The last thing we want is a scandal about an insider buying shares because they had knowledge of a take over, excellent outlook on current operation, etc.
