catalysts continue for rerating

Lots of discussions on both boards for holding SNC and ARE.
Both have their merits but not enough mention how SNC being further along and therefore should see further gains as it is more cleaned up and less negative surprises.
Agree with all that when negative news creates temp drops that it becomes buy opportunties
