NCIB will help...if they actually buy back. The real pita for the stock is all the insider selling. Since I've been watching this stock these guys have been non-stop selling and by the truckloads too. Sure, it's payback time for the hard work they've put in, but for shareholders, it's a drag on the stock for now.
