one, they probably haven't come close to finishing the repairs / adjustments to the circuit,
two, they are doing scheduled maintainence to the mill
three, you think the gov't approval for a restart is instantaneous ?
they can push through more ore once it's back up running
to compensate somewhat for the down time, relax, this may take afew weeks
