Does the minority become part of the majority if the minority isn't asked to vote? In order to become a dissenting minority shareholder would you have to sell your shares for nothing at this point? I didn't cast a proxy , I'm assuming you own a large amount of this. I'm a little worried there will be a minority squeeze out of some kind. Also if you go to stockhouse quote, does your market capital say 36.12 bil and shares 1.2T?
