Feel free to correct me without chopping me to pieces. I think the shares of MNG's private company haven't yet joined with Aureus' shares because of the standstill agreement that Orion pointed out. The deal just hasn't finished yet. and when it does we are about to find out just how much MNG's private business is worth. I thought it was going to happen at the end of the year so I sat there disappointed thinking it was a complete fizzle. But that's just what I was thinking, I honestly thought we were thinking the same thing.
