Seems like good news to me
All debt will be satisfied, owner operator transition will take be completed, Cash for operations, reduced operating costs. Seems like a complete WIN WIN for all. MNG has a  huge position so in terms of voteing rights what they say goes. But you know if they are this invested they are wanting to make a return on the stock price. Im sure as Avesoro the SP will increase drastically and we all become very wealthy. Well those who hold or are buying. Its down a few cents since I put on my trade. But I might keep this as investment, I can easily see this going over a $1 after completing everything and as long as gold prices hold or increase.

just got in at .03, i just cant see how this could be a bad gamble....

Not even a gamble in my opnion. After we all vote in agreement with management we get relisted as new co and name with a massivly improved financial statement. After relisting I guarantee SP increase drastically. It has to as fundamentals support it. They are estimating over $47 million in profits annum if gold price stay realtivily the same. And not having debt is going be so attractive. Good
