This is a massive validation for the management team to be selected and have a joint PR with the largest pharmacy chain in Canada. This is known to be the largest independent medical cannabis platform in Canada which at 10s of thousands of patients means anywhere fom 20M to 60M in revenue for Avicanna. Which means they likley at least x 10 their revenue elegantly and since no deal terms were shared this means it was for no cash and no shares....
Why them? because its a real medical/pharma company. The management is respected by the medical community and their vision and strategy since day 1 is patients. AVCN taking over medical cannabis which is 400M market with 200M from just veterans affairs (Government) paid....
