Three months later mate, here we are again. I would recommend you go back and read what I have written on dilution and the money they will need to raise as a "pharma" company, and mate I use

The float is still small less than 50 mln..This money was placed at a good price with wts at 1.75..telling the street that it has a good buisness going..I think this may limit any huge upside potential, we may have to accept a 25 to 50 percent upside from here.Yes they did say they will not need any more money at last raise but this gives them good cushion..At the last raise they wanted to do 7.5

You do realize that everytime you write this BS it validates your short position. You used to say this company is a dead duck, death sprial out of funds......now they are dilutive cause they are funded lol. Good luck holding your breath 12 months burn easily now and they will be proftiable

If we do not close at 1.25 today then we are flucked..We need to restore credibility and show the street that our shares are from a good company. Am I happy at these levels ,absolutely not and I thought we would never trade here after the raise..Guess I missed something and you guys have won..Please keep selling and hopefully it will take the weak hands out..

so what they raised at a premium to the previous one, its 4 month hold and strategic invetsors with 0 fees paid......its a great raise! they now can execute with more fuel and push marketing and sales.........must be scary for you though, they have access to capital, are funded and are executing, this means you CANNOT cover in those "bought deals" where you typically cover your short
