I think they had a discussion but could not agree. Medipharm has 2 year or more (their cash burn rate is slowing meaningfully) left of operating money. Avicanna owes a lot of money (payables), had 700k cash end of q3 +900k from placement (1.6M). We will see April 1.

With Avicanna owing so much money it seems unlikely they will be cash flow positive for years...Guess AA is having trouble sleeping now as he had expected this to happen sooner...Also soon Avcn will have to raise money again...
