A few newsletter thoughts...
Kaiser had some of the best picks of any newsletter this year: he tabbed Quest at around 6 cents and also AVL and RES too way before they hit the dollar level.
Even during this "REE correction" phase, all these picks are still multi-baggers.
And the "old diamond guy" had a great diamond pick in Peregrine. Who would have thought?
One thing you can't fault Kaiser for is the depth of his analysis. When he covers something he doesn't leave a stone unturned. On the other hand, he might not get back to the stone for quite some time...
Also some great picks this year by the Coffin Bros. Their Hard Rock Analyst tabbed East Asia Minerals and Evolving Gold which have been big winners and they will both be gold mines one day.
Nice combo of the geo bro with the financial bro. HRA is well worth a read for it's intro section alone.
The success of these two letters is probably why David Pescod had been featuring them so extensively in his free Late Edition, which is well worth the sign up. (And Deb needs some more ditties, so if you know any good jokes...)
Hardly surprising the Bob Bishop rolled his former GMSR subscribers into HRA when he retired. Well retired from writing a letter. He's still a major investor in juniors like both RES and ANI and on the advisory board of the former.
Kaiser too is tied in here as he got his start via Bishop as his KBFR was originally the 'diamond section' in GMSR.
