The property is located near road and rail infrastructure and is close to markets in southern Ontario and the northeastern United States.

Honestly, I really don't know. What I observed 3 times today as the small bids start accumulating and pushing the sp to around $2.65 area, one big block would be unloaded and it was enough to push the sp back down to around $2.60. The good news is that the big boys are dumping discretely as they don't want to push the sp down too much. They still want to sell but at decent price.

I guess we'll just have to wait for the NR to determine if there was a leak.
