I can defintiely see 2 dollars if a plant gets build including all the environmental approvals and plant production. Hopefully, the governtment gives them approval and some financial support whether ease of building facility and/or a tax break.
However, have to realize AVL is .10 currently and lets start with getting this over .25 to get excited! This stock has basically been in the toilet since 2012.
