The property is located near road and rail infrastructure and is close to markets in southern Ontario and the northeastern United States.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Rock Tech Lithium to build $544 million plant in BrandenburgRock Tech Lithium is moving forward with really big news. The share price doubled within few weeks and it looks like there is a lot more room to grow. Backed up by Peter Thiel and some other prominent investors that is what shareholders want to see. 
In my opinion this should definitely affect Avalon in a possitive way as being their very important partner in Canada. Ot top of that if they manage to move forward some of the other projects (there are some indications lately about that - Lilypad) that would help possible investors to believe in the company and become part of it more confidently. 
Just 0.12 feels wrong and the overall valuation of the company also if you compare it with some other similar ones. 
As always time will tell.
