Zeeshan Syed in the news but not in a good way

I don't have the link but Z Syed was written about in a very recent Globe and Mail article.  Apparently he was involved in overspending in the AER (Alberta Energy Regulator) around 2019. For a small company already struggling to finance, this is not good imho. Thoughts?

Globe and Mail journalist Niall McGee seems to have a huge opinionated bias against anything EV related full stop. He is known to post negative opinions after gigafactory announcements coming to Canada etc, etc, and today's drive by shooting is more the same personal opinion bias. He immediately posted negative commentary about the Avalon site visit last week too.  About that issue at
