hahaha...you must be new...when the founder of a company buys shares on the open market its a gesture...an attempt to bring confidence to the stock IT IS NOT FOR INSIDERS TO GET SHARES....i don't know how many shares Norton has by being a founder but you can bet HE DOES NOT NEED TO BUY SHARES my bro in law help found now defunct Flowr corp and he got 7 million shares for FREE insiders do ...more

1. It doesn't matter regardles because this stock is beyond under valued and anyone in now is going to be eating the best harveys whoppers you can get. 2.
