Its International Farming segment owns and operates orchards from which all fruit produced is sold to its Marketing and Distribution segment. Its farming activities range from cultivating early-stage plantings to harvesting from mature trees. Its Blueberries segment is a farming operation that cultivates blueberry plants in Peru. It provides value-added services including ripening, bagging, custom packaging, logistical management, and quality assurance. The Company also provides its customers with merchandising and promotional support, insights on market trends and hands-on training.

It depends on who is initiating the trade, if it is on a down tick or uptick & if it is a sell position.

1. If the seller is a hedge fund who is closing out a short position because they feel the bottom is in & the risk/reward for any further gains is not favourable. That is a positive.

2. If the seller is long, is dissatisfied with mgmt's handling of this situation, feels that the stock is dead money for awhile because of recent events....& doesn't want money tide up when there is better opportunities elsewhere. That is a negative.

3. If the seller is selling for tax reasons or family commitments etc.. That is neutral.
