Thin premium!!Well said old guy!  I also have suspicions, but I see no way to get at the truth.  I will also hold on to my shares and vote no when the time comes, at least to this offer.  My feeling is that anything less than $35 is a terrible deal, and even that does not take into account the prospects for Avigilon.

I am also contemplating buying some more shares at $27, the thought being it should not go down, and a new offer could spike it.  Any thoughts on this strategy?  

Of course the board has put a damper on further offers with the $37M cancellation fee.  I wonder if there is any way to find out if the board even solicited other offers before agreeing to this one.  If they did not there should be an investigation into their actions.

I disagree with your comment  " Congrats to all longsuffering shareholders".  It should have read "My condolences"

BTW, betcha I'm older than you!  (76).
