Steady Climb before results

Jumped from 0.035 to 0.07 over the past little while without any significant reports. Makes me think the next report will be great. I've been a shareholder since 2015 and want to cash in and reward my patience like many others out there.

Question is if the results are really good, what is a realistic exit share price? I own a lot of this and want to cash in as I've been more patient than a fat guy the McDonald's Lineup waiting for my Big Mac!!!!
