Check out their Sedar. Report released today.

They are doing great turning things around. Revenues and losses look good. They are prime for a larger fish to aquire them (and their large debt).

Buy them at 0.35/share including the 140M debt. Their balance sheet is ready to be added to a larger player. Panta wants it. We (Long Term) shareholders want it.
