The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I agree with your take on this 100%

bottom line retail investors like myself invested in a reit NOT and equity firm. My 30,000 shares are now at risk along with Mr. Manji's daring and risky move here. Not impressed I have to say. This needs to be handled soon otherwise I see considerable price reduction in this stock.
