The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

They can do a substantial issuer bid asap for $10.25 for 40 million/4 million shares. Why have a NCIB spend that much over a year for prob $11/average. Not really seiing the opportunity of tax loss and sector weakeness here
