Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:Artis' credit facility debt plunges Hey Este, it's not the quarter per say, as I noted. It is the strategic review that so much caught me off guard. To me it feels like capitulation, like a last ditch effort to salvage some kind of muted value. I was surprised and dissapointed in that approach. I called it a cop out, out of sheer frustration that after years of questionable stratagy and execution that they would succumb to essentially for all intents and purposes putting themselves up for sale. I just expected better than that. I would much rather see them just to continue paying down debt and continue asset sales, which in the long run will unlock far greater value than what amounts to a fire sale today. Personally, I don't believe they have a keen intention on selling to an outside group, if at all.
