Edgepoint owns 10.28% of ArtisGood catch by SnakeyBoy (Gary). Sedar filing from two days ago shows Edgepoint now owns 10.28% of the REIT and is now a mandatory reporting filer:

"EdgePoint exercises control over 11,271,544 Units of the Issuer, representing a security holding percentage of approximately 10.28% as at September 30, 2023, as calculated in accordance with applicable securities legislation."
