Strategic Results

Strategic ResultsEssentially you can believe the committee knows exactly what they're doing and outcome of the review (no more brainstorming/reviewing options) at the 3 month mark...though as I suggested they likely knew what they wanted to do when officially announcing it to the publuc.    If they are biding their time while the rates continue to go up and have a bad balance sheet that is not realy smart ....

Hence if we do not here any update this week you can infer the transactional nature of the review and paperwork and all that capital structure stuff with financing and additional parties is commencing and takes as long as it takes.  A misnomer many people think is that selling assets requires all this additional resources.  They know how to sell assets, they sell every year and huge portofolios at that.

If Q3 passes without an update you can infer that "staying the course" with some additional asset sales as been ruled out.  If it was that they would just come and say it and continue on.
