VNQ versus XRE

VNQ versus XREStarting Oct 20 they had the same net losses but thats when VNQ started pulling away from XRE.

6 months its VNQ: +7.3%, XRE: -3%

Whats strange is running a google compare chart is that on Tues Feb 27 just 1 week ago VNQ trend is very notcieably a spike up 4% and XRE flat.   Rare divergence as usually the charts mimic each other almost exactly but only with VNQ gaining more beta

CAD REITS stink is the takeaway here
