The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Hey Frankie, thanks for the kind words and support. Like you, I don't seek adoration nor even kudos for anything, just putting out thoughts and opinions. Some people like to try and stir the pot here and when they are wrong they avoid or change the subject and just keep on with the nonsense. It is truly getting tiresome and serves no purpose. I used to enjoy putting thoughts out here but that has been stained by those individuals to the point that I question whether or not to continue. In any event, thanks again. Just so you know, one of my boats is a "Legend" but that is about as close as I get, I am far from it, thanks anyways.
