Are trading like May 1998 when the P/E ratio exceeded 28 times and the 1 year t-bill was above 5%. The bubble eventually popped in March of 2020 which was almost 2 years later! One would have fared much better had they purchased a 10 year treasury note and held it until May 2008 than to participate in the bubble rally of the S&P 500 of the late 90's.
