Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

JAN 1 2016 TO JULY 2016XRE went from $14 to 17.44 which is 25% gain in 6 months. It also had a similar move in Oct 2022.

So theoretically where it is now it could get 20%+ within 6 months.
