THE INSIDER BUYS AND SANDPIPER 16% IS A GAME CHANGER

Last week we were left scratching our heads why management cites a $19.20 NAV but didnt put any $ to work since buy in's at $11.50+.  Now they are buying 10k daily it would appear.   Sandpiper has been buying discretely for months.   Thats a lot of insider ownership of $200 million plus and now boosting investor confidence.  Unlike NWH.UN that saw their big holder dump 40 million last month!!
