series  e   set to reset  sig  higher     soon    do you feel these willbe  redeemed     trading cheaply   would  they  bid  for   some of teh  debs

142M in properties still held for sale, and variable LOC debt will be cheaper than the reset of E's.   Asset sales and kill the expensive debt is the theme here.
