Most opportune time for artis liquidation event is NOW

Look at the canadian reit space and you're getting covid-month lows on many names.  It literally would be impeccable timing if manji delivered anything of substance, over $8 even.  REIT names are skunked now yielding 10% that arent the big boys

...........and therein lies the problem, the dumb and desperate are sellers here, smart money are buyers here, both on micro and macro scale. You say it is impeccable timing now.............for Manji to SELL................hmmmmm guess you are maybe a bit thicker than most thought. Seems you will do or say anything to suit your self serving ways while under the obvious vail of trying to imply it ...more

Well according to you. Most of the damage is done. When the announcement was made for the huge amount of treasuries that was comming to market the bond market reacted and thus the last shot up in yields. They have yet to all be issued but they have nearly all now been priced in . May still see some upward pressure as a result of remaining coming to market. A BMO block buyer added another 175,000 at least today (100,000 + 75,000) trades bringing his likely total to over 1 million this month. The other TD buyer who did blocks likely around 10%. Seems like small scale selling while more seasoned investors are clealry buying large amounts. It's a mixed bag today with some green and some red, I don't think much of it other than office reits are ...more
