These reit handles are sickening
still cant get over these deppresed prices like 15% lower than the summer....as I said a million times if inflation is trending down you would think these would be ticking up isnt that what its all about? get back to 2% rates come down

Markets can remain irrational for a very long time. Take a look at the Canadian oil industry as an example. The oil crash of 2014 didn't find a bottom until middle of 2020 or 6 years later.
