Debt freeAs of November 2013 this company was bank debt free, of course it is using the line of credit and cash to finance the growth now. Convertible debentures is only due in 2016 and 2017 and by that time this company should have lots of cash. I am not sure why some people don't go on their website all information needed Is posted there. Taking debt in order to produce more is not a big deal. So as of today they are probably bank debt free still because the plan was to drill 7 wells at $2.3M each which means they have not burned through their own $24M of cash yet. Also I wish to take this opportunity to thank LaRock07 for some outstanding posts on Anderson Energy. Thank you for a Great Job done! Regards, Gabriel
