Will take about 30m shares to oust the Board and Management
that is based on the most recent voting, which was about 29m shares on the most recenent reorganization that happened in January. One should be able to buy most of these shares in the open market, below 15c, and count on at least another 10m shares from people fed up. So it will take less than 3m dollars to wrestle control away from this gang, oust them and their salaries, and get someone interested in running the company. 3m dollars to take control of 220m in tax pools ... I like those numbers. The one thing you can count on, is zero buying from any insider, hopefully the company is still intact by then.
