This is a restructuring halt. This is not a pending mews as news was released. This is good as it will lead to compliance and bal.

I been posting here for 6 months about the all the complicated deals and off-shore transactions, not sure why you people don't put a pair of reading glasses and take 20 minutes to do some due dilligence.
